Porn Comic Search respects intellectual-property rights. We do not host comic chapters or source artwork. When appropriate, we can remove or correct catalog metadata, outbound links and references that load remote thumbnails.

Submitting a notice

Send a written notice to [email protected] containing: identification of the copyrighted work; the exact Porn Comic Search URL at issue; identification of the allegedly infringing material; your name and reliable contact information; a good-faith statement that the disputed use is not authorized by the rights holder, its agent or law; a statement under penalty of perjury that the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act; and your physical or electronic signature.

What happens next

We will review complete notices and may remove or disable the relevant listing, link or remote-image reference. Because the underlying work is hosted by an independent website, removal from Porn Comic Search does not remove material from that external service. Notices concerning hosted content should also be sent to the relevant publisher or hosting provider.

Counter-notices

If you believe material was removed by mistake or misidentification, email the same address with the affected URL, an explanation, your contact details, the legally required statements and your signature. We may forward notices and counter-notices to the affected parties where necessary to resolve the claim.

Abuse of the process

Knowingly making material misrepresentations in a copyright notice or counter-notice may create liability. This procedure is for rights complaints; metadata corrections and general suggestions may use the same email with a clear subject line.
